Do Some Exercises Like Running

As already discussed in the way of healthy eating, the food we eat should be balanced with the activity / physical activity, if we just sit in the office or rarely heavy activity when the food we eat lots of calories, the result is excess; This energy is stored as fat reserves and, if increasingly accumulate fat reserves will result in the body become obese (overweight), and then will become obese.
